Willowbell

Who takes what, and when. In one list.

You keep the family’s medicines on a list on the fridge, and nobody is sure if the morning dose was given. Willowbell shows who takes what and when, records each dose you mark, and prints a list for any doctor, school or pharmacist.

Free for one person. $14.99 once for everyone else. No account.

Willowbell for iPhone is coming soon to the App Store.

Willowbell shows back what you type. It never works out a dose or gives medical advice.

No account, and what you enter stays on your phone. Privacy policy.

Why it is different

Who takes what, and when

Each person’s medications with their schedule: daily at set times, weekdays only, every few hours, every few days, or as needed. Today lists what is due, by time and by person.

Mark it taken

Take or Skip on each dose records the time you acted. As-needed medicines get a “Log a dose” button, so “when was the last one given?” has an answer.

A printable medicine list

Per person or for the whole household: name, strength as you typed it, form, schedule, prescriber, pharmacy, refill date. For the doctor, the school form or the hospital bag.

The household, in color

One person or many, each with their own color. Children are entries a parent makes, never users; an optional age band, never a birthdate.

Reminders that keep names private

Willowbell reminds you on your iPhone at the times you set. By default a locked phone shows only “Medicine reminder” and the time; turn that off in Settings if you want names shown. Reminders are a help, not a guarantee: a phone can be off or silenced.

Local only

No account, no email, no analytics. What you enter stays on your phone. Save a backup copy of everything, or delete everything, from Settings in two taps.

The first minute

  1. Add yourself. A first name is all it asks.
  2. Add one medication: name, optional strength, and when it is taken (Morning, Midday, Evening, Night or a time you choose).
  3. Today lists the dose under its time. Tap Take when it is taken, and the log keeps the time.
  4. Print the medication list from the People tab whenever a doctor or a form asks for it.

Price, plainly

Free for one person. A one-time in-app purchase adds everyone else.

It is not a trial, and there is no limit on medications. One purchase unlocks unlimited people, and nothing you have entered is ever hidden or locked.

The unlock is an in-app purchase through the App Store, restored on another iPhone signed into the same Apple Account. One price, no renewal, no account.

Who it is for

For the household’s keeper of the list: your own tablets, a child’s antibiotic three times a day, a parent’s morning and evening pills. For anyone who wants one clear record of who takes what, when, and when the last dose was given, with nothing to sign up for. One person keeps the record on one iPhone and shares the printed list; there is no automatic sync between phones.

Privacy in one sentence

Everything you enter stays on your iPhone. No account, no analytics, and nothing you record is sent to us.

The full privacy policy says the same thing at length, and the Consumer Health Data Policy explains your rights over health data under Washington, Nevada and Connecticut law.

Willowbell stores what you type and shows it back as a list and a log. It never calculates a dose, suggests a timing, checks interactions or gives medical advice. Strength is shown exactly as you entered it.
